Nice. Keep in mind that lots of breaking will reduce joint mobility (and increase bone density!). Just take care of your hands when doing it so you don't end up with stiff fingers!!!! (sorry, had to have my teacher moment! We always tell our students that we only do breaking a few times a term because of that!)
