my worst falls were the first days i had my first heelys (vector). i got the hang of them so quickly that i easily over estameted myself or just didnt exatly know what dangers i had to look out for. like cracks in the sidewalk or rough pavement withstones ^^
well i ended up having a hole in my hand and my knee. the hand was prettey bad. but the day after i got those things i went to this awsome skatepark with like 95° temp INSIDE with all pads and everything...even padded underpants...my badages didnt stay on
