The Ass-Breaker:

1. Buy a pair of Heelys.

2. Find a flat, level surface.

3. Attempt to start heeling with no training and holding onto nothing.

4. Icy Hot for your behind and Neosporin for your palms.

The Groin Grinder:

1. Put your right foot out as if you are attempting to start heeling.

2. Instead of putting your left heel down, put it up instead, putting half of your weight on your left toe and the other half on your right heel.

3. Rip open your crotch while bashing it against the pavement.

4. Hospital.

The Half-Flip:

1. Begin heeling in the traditional linear manner.

2. Swiftly move your back foot forward while keeping most of your weight on your extended front foot.

3. Crack skull on pavement.

4. Hospital.

5. Morgue.

Cosmetic Surgery:

1. Begin heeling in the traditional linear manner.

2. Fail to notice the extremely sharp incline or stairs in front of you.

3. Hospital.

4. Enjoy your new look.

The Extra Leg Weight Solution:

1. Wear iPod or other portable device involving headphones late at night.

2. Heel across a street while you have the walk signal.

3. Fail to notice the speeding driver with his headlights off and a blood alcohol level that can be used to sterilize surgical equipment.

4. Hospital.

5. Invent Heelys that can be attached to large blue boots.

The Unexpected Delivery:

1. Begin heeling.

2. Collide with young lady.

3. See that guy who looks like he can bend a lightpole? That's her boyfriend.

4. Hospital.

Learned a new one today:

The Arm Reconfigurer:

1. Heel downhill.

2. Have your heel stop on something you didn't realize was there.

3. Fail to brake and fall forwards, blocking your body with your unprotected right arm.

4. Pain is for the weak, mortal. Wash your numerous bloody scrapes out with cold water and get back up there.

I discovered a new one yesterday...

The Foot F**ker:

1. Buy a new pair of Evolutions.

2. Attempt to grind a slippery rail.

3. Land on your foot sideways.

4. Enjoy your sprained ankle.

Hehe, that reminded me of when I sprained my ankle at the skate park... I went in the morning, so some of the ramps still had a light covering of frost, which I failed to notice at first... So I ended up slipping and twisting my ankle sideways... ouch. What was weird was I was able to keep on heeling fine after I sat down for a few minutes. But later that night... It hurt so bad, I had to take some aspirin... Ulch, bad memories.

That is exactly what happened to me. I actually walked some distance afterwards, no problem except for some minor pain. The next day.. no go. Could barely even walk. World of Pain. It felt funny, but didn't really hurt.. until I tried to use it.

I will master grinding on these Evolutions, or die trying!

LOL - I wish I had the video of my faceplanting during the commercial shoot. The videographer had me grind this tall set of stairs (the one you see in the TV commercial). No one else wanted to do it. It was pretty steep, I guess they're smarter.

Anyways, I did it like 10 times. And the last time, I clipped the metal on my heel (the rubber part) and toppled from the top.

I hit the ground so hard that my wheels both popped out!! It was hysterical. And yes, quite painful. But I can't stop laughing whenever I see the vid because the wheels just shot off my shoes.

I should find the video and add some cartoon sound effects. YEAH!

Falling so hard you popped the wheels out! I have been heeling but not have secured the wheels in tight enough then end of skidding but never knocking them out!

only fall thats happened that hard to me made both my shoes fall out. (not the wheels) my foot burned like crazy i dont know why but it litteraly burned but i was just there in the middle of the mall on the ground, without my shoes, laughing. Weird thing is i keep my shoes on pretty tight (i can do tricks better like that)

Yeah - this kid named Taylor in Austin, Texas where we shot to commercial was filming along side the videographer. He sent me the video, but I can't find it Mad

Let me try to get it again. Trust me you'll bust out laughing. I was fine since it was at park and I had my gear on.

Incidently, if you can find it (they don't make them anymore), consider Salomon Gel Sliders. They're the minimalist approach to protection. Much more comfortable than wrist guards (which hurt). And a lot more protection. I always keep a pair in my backpack.
