I started heeling like in a few years ago. It was when my friend got suspended for bringing Heelys with the wheels to school. He told me about them then beg my mom for one. I got a pair and then started heelying

I got mine because I saw how fun they looked. It took me a long time to find a pair in my size. Most places only had them up to a size 8 in womens, I wear a size nine. I managed to find myself a pair this weekend. I can only go forward and do a real weak 180, but I know I'll get better after time.

I do get a lot of funny looks though, because I'm not young like most users. I'm 28 and people seem to think I am 'too old and need o grow up'. They can kiss my bum. These things are great and it's also great exercise.

Kennedy..... Im 30..... wait till you start doing tricks cleanly in front of people.....

It wont be "HAHAHAH" anymore..... itll be "WHOOOOAAAA!!!".....

And it wont be "grow up".. (which Ive never gotten from anyone)..... itll be "whered you learn how to do that? Ive never seen the kids doing that stuff before!".......

Thats my favorite one...... when they recognize me for doing something on them "the kids arent doing"....... then I tell them I learned how to do most of it from "kids",......

Word to the wise, "HUMANS ARE IGNORANT"...... just assume this, and youll be STOKED when you meet the occasional righteous folk who are AWESOME to talk to and respect you for your tenacity and passion.

Its all about perspective....

Also keep in mind, people criticize and judge what they are afraid of..... this keeps me happy when I hear folks laughing and pointing....

I actually rolled out of a movie theatre once and there were a bunch of punk teenagers being jerks right outside the exit.... they BLATENTLY pointed and shouted and laughed..... it was very juvenile....

I just wish I had already known how to do a few more tricks..... I would have shuffled into a crabwalk, into backwards and gave them the Finger.... LOL.... then flipped a footy180 and kept going...... MAN that woulda been nice LOL..... (difference here too, is I wouldnt have been upset, it would have just been rubbin their noses in it LOL)

Its all in the attitude folks..... just maintain your maturity. Be smarter than your enemy.

I'm a figure skater and tried some of the moves on do on the ice in heels. I can spin almost, but it's not as good as it is on ice. Definitely not as smooth. I can do it on the walmart floor but not on conceret. even then at wally world it looks bad.

I'm gunna try working on going forward better before I do any kind of crazy tricks. As dub as it sounds. I rather break my leg doing an axel then some heely trick at walmart. Oh well still won't stop me from trying a few.
