| no problem and if that doesnt work then just wait a few days you should be able to control your front foot in a few days or weeks |

It'll also help as your front Heel wears down. When I break open new shoes, the first thing I do is wear down the front heel.

My front heel tends to drag a little, too... The inside is worn down.
I've found that if I SHORTEN my stance, and put my rear toes right on my front heel, it helps. |

I have some atomics, and and I have never had a problem dragging my heel, like my friends have, and I wonder if its the height of my stance, I take Tai Chi, and practise alot of low stances.
I noticed that I will be more articulate with my legs instead of locking thm up and controling my weight.
Try this, stand with one foot in front of the other, (in normal shoes,) heel to toe, bend your legs so your weight is in your theighs, and stay there 'till you can't take it. then switch legs.
Do this everyday, and your legs will be very strong, and adapt to fix your heel dragging problem.
(added plus, this kind of heeling is prime for those who like to jump alot. |
