| LOL, another tribute to the complete lack of objectivity of Internet polls. A lot of kids who Heel are way too young to get on forums. I'd say maybe only about 10% of Heelers globally are over the age of 20. |

but dont you wish that heelys could do something in order to get more market from the "mature" ones in order to better promote the sport
...perhaps lower their prices...hehehe 8) |

| slicer is 100% right. i'm easily the oldest person on heelys in my area. but as people do more tricks with them, older kids will want to try it. it's all a matter of perception. |

| MK has a good point. If we keep progressing, there's going to be a break through in image. |

well... that and when us old peeps (33 here) fall, we get hurt and when we get hurt we can't work and when we can't work, we can't pay the bills, etc etc etc....
But hey > we can't all be geriatric !! I still ride my flatland BMX bike on occasion and the local kids go nuts!! hahaha.... "that old guy has some skillz!!" .
But let me just say that not only do I and my 2 boys (5&6.5) do it, but I now have my behemoth bro-in-law (33) searching for a pair of 12 or 13s as well as a few of my VW buddies (all in their 30s). There's gonna be alot of medical reports for broken tailbones round these parts !!!! |

I'm 26, but a different heeler I guess. Am I the only one not interested in doing tricks?
I just want to be good enough to walk around and look like normal shoes. But when a flat surface is around, I can run and glide.
Main reason I got Heelys: So next christmas, when I'm in the mall, the kids aren't the only people saving time.
I'm not sure why other "adults" don't see it as a fun way of saving time.
Now going to walmart with my wife is no longer boring. It's like looking at a big ice rink. |

I think that's just about where I'm at... I'm not very coordinated, so most tricks are FAR beyond me... I just like to surprise people and save walking time |
