Some may remember that just a few months ago we were talking about how it would be cool if the Heelys plug-removal "keys" came in another color. Now they do!

Megawatts also of course come with the first official Heelys Light up-wheels! See them here.
I'm guessing all the new models will be shipping with the cool new black keys.
May not seem much, but for my neice who is currently into all things gothic, this is going to make her day before she even sees the new styles of shoes.
Who else has found some of these cool new keys? |

Yeah, I got some suede dogs too - gonna use them for just chilling in. Lovely soft stuff they're made of.
Another thing I notice is the variation in shoe-size to wheel-sizes on the megawatt . . . on pretty much all previous Mega-style Heely, US Mens Sizes 1-5 take small mega wheels, 6-8 for Medium mega's, and 9+ for large, but with the Megawatt, 1-6 is small, 7-9 is medium, and 10+ is large...
I kinda like this because it means if I wanted, as someone who is about a size 6 I can have some snug fitting shoes that have small mega's for lightweight/general use when I don't need the bigger wheels. Small mega's will be very slightly easier to walk in, but no so small as to preclude a bit of serious skating when needed. |
