| Skateboarding has two stances, regular and goofy, based on the foot you use in front. Rollerblading doesn't do this b/c you have both feet parallel. But heelys almost always uses one foot in front, except when doing an AOD. So based on your front foot, what's regular and goofy when it comes to heelys? |

I"m guessing since most ppl use right foot in front, that should be regular and left foot in front should be goofy |

i dont think it goes like that for heelys i think its more like what foot do you kick a soccer ball with in relaton with what foot you use in front. the little instruction thingy says to use your stronger foot in back so if you use your weaker foot in back i think thats considered goofy. for example i kick a soccer ball or anything with my right foot so my right foot is my stronger foot but i use my rigth foot in front so i gues i would be goofy.

I'm pretty much ambidextrous when it comes to kicking things b/c of my training lol.
Just saying...in skateboarding, it doesn't matter what your stronger foot is. I mean, if a guy is riding a skateboard with his left foot in front, even though his strong foot is his right, someone would still say "hey, that guy rides regular!" b/c they don't know the strength of his feet lol. |

I was always considered Goofy-Foot because I skateboarded right foot forward. I am right handed and kick with right foot.
I Heely with left foot forward. My son is right handed, kicks with right, left foot forward on skateboard and right foot forward on Heelys. |

Another thing......
Everyone that I've heard of that rides a skateboard with a goofy stance rides heelys with the left foot forward. Everyone that rides a skateboard with a regular stance rides right foot forward on heelys. Another reason left forward should be goofy, and right forward should be regular |

| This is how it works. You take a general concensus poll. Choice A would be LEFT foot forward, choice B would be RIGHT foot forward. Whichever is the most popular answer is going to be the norm (aka regular). The smaller number is going to be 'goofy'. I myself skated regular footed (left foot forward) but I also heel with my left foot forward. Maybe it's just a natural thing but it worked for me. Lo is mainly right foot forward. Depends on the time of day for Evan (we haven't figured him out yet) but neither have ever spent alot of time on a skateboard so they wouldn't have picked up that habit. I also kick (soccer stylz) with my right as does Lo and Ev. |
