well that part the arrows pointing to, (on mine) the black peice is stuck inside of the blue peice because when i first put it together i put it in too far and ive tried everything to get it out and it wont come out, any tips? |

did you order that from Rails.com?
Anyway same thing happened to me, i just pulled on the thing until it came out which took a while and make me fall into a pink kitchen.. but yeah it worked for me. I think i had my dad help for a while too |

those rails are awesome
but at the same time so freakin screwed up
might just be the ones i got
but all of the black things are almost impossible to slide in and out
in on of my rails theres some metal black stuff blocking the adjusting height stuff
idk, still worth it, i just keep it at one height and never ever adjust it |

yeah i know i love them! but ur right theyre hard to adjust, on all of the legs not just the middle, i only change mine when i think id be able to start grinding with it at a higher level im at the second one right now |
