They're a pretty cool band on CD, but I have seen them live a few times. Their bassist Pat is amazing live, he's so active when he plays (he'll do this back flip off the full stack speakers on their final song), but the rest of the group kinda stands there and is pretty boring. Not my favorite band in the world, but they're pretty awesome.
If you like flyleaf though, check out a band called Halestorm. Another female vocalist with a blues voice and really heavy guitar riffs. Their drummer is also pretty amazing |
