| < General ~ Another Heelys performance sighting |

So we decided to spend the absolutely BEAUTIFUL day yesterday at Busch Gardens Europe (Williamburg, VA) and their annual halloween festival had just started (Howl-o-Scream). They have a large cafeteria type place to eat with a round stage in the center (prett cool... lifting platform the band usually sits on and nicely decorated). Well for HOS, they have a special show about unlocking the gates of hell (trust me it was hell ... they were playing songs by Journey and Britney) and the main characters summon cats (?) at first then send them back for BATS!! (cats and bats played by real humans!!). When the bats came out, the guys all had Heelys on and were heeling around the outer perimeter of the stage pretty dang fast with poles and dangling little plastid bats over the crowd. I tried to snap some cell phone vid BUT it was too damn dark. Next time I go back (yes, I'm goin back in a few weeks... Love me some HOS!!) I'm bringin the digicam. Might still be too dark but it was a pretty cool usage of the shoes. Just thought I'd share.  |

That's pretty cool. Sounds like an weird show though...o_O
Have you guys seen the Star Wars heeling stage performance thing?

| One of my friends Mark went to Denver and saw a performance about mermaids. When the fish came out they were wearing Heelys. Mark said it was a good show. He didnt see the whole show but he saw most of it. That show seems pretty cool DeezUU! |

| hmm idk why but i dont remember seeing this topic before. But sounds cool bout seeing them! I saw them in a cartoonnetwork movie. Its that one with the book and goosebumps...if you saw it you know what im talking bout but i saw them in the park when they are trick-or-treating. If you see it look closely to the backround you see a kid get candy turn around and heel. |

i saw that part, but i also saw him throw something on the ground and then roll so i thought it might have been a skateboard
then again his shoes looked white and blue so i thught, maybe vapors? |
