They don't understand what we're able to do on Heelys. They usually just see Heelys as the annoying kids who zooom through malls and run into people. They don't understand that people take them into skateparks and some can tear it up. -shrug-
All of my friends think its really cool though. People who don't understand it at first will think its stupid. |

I find it too much on Google searches.
Most (~90%) of it is from people who are dicks anyway. It's repeated so much it might as well be copypasta: "I was almost run into by a kid", "public danger", "should be banned", "personal space" (in a crowded environment?), etc, etc, etc. Reading a bit more into it, it's easy to grasp that not only do they have no idea what they're talking about, they don't want to. It comes down to helpless envy resulting in an Internet temper tantrum. Nothing more.
The remaining 10% is people simply going off bad assumptions, turf-guarding skaters, and a few Soapers who feel they got jacked. |
