Yeah and be careful if you're still using them. Mine flat out detached from the center after a while and I fell because of it.

thats what air bubbles air, places where the glue came undone and its teaching from the core. drilling holes doesnt like let the air escape or anything....

Drilling holes won't solve the speed loss (will probably make it worse actually), but it turns the loud farts of compressed air into silent farts.

Okay - here's my .02 - you replace the wheels. I honestly don't think that you can "fix" them.

Hmmmm.... I gotta agree to just replace em BUT!!! It got me thinking. It hasn't happened to me yet (I don't ride very hard but I'm a tad heavier than you guys) but when and if it ever does, there may be some way to temp fix it. Drilling holes probably won't totally cure the issue but I wonder if strategically placed holes to the core + a carefully injected dose of gorilla glue might do the trick.

You THINK you're not having speed loss problems .. but you are.

When the wheels separates more and more, you'll find that the outer wheel will heat up.

Then you're going to have LOTS of speed problems.

Get it replaced.

Looks like this:

http://www.blackanddecker.com/ProductGuide/Product-Details.aspx?ProductID=2420

Only you turn it up-side-down so the belt is facing up. Then you got to make sure it doesn't move.

Grind down the wheel perfectly.

Its really really really hard.
