the "c ring" is a c clip
Wd-40 is used for rust using it on your bearings makes it do some weird sound like dirt gritting
using a screwdriver is ok as long as you, like he said in his video, only push the lip of the bearing and not the sheild. |

but i use this thing to remove my bearings works great and is less "painful" for your bearings!  |

that looks alot better for the bearings but i will continue messing up my bearings with the screwdriver anyways |

you have to remeber. wd-40 is a powerful cleaner. but after using wd-40 you NEED to lubricate! otherwise you balls in the bearings will rub on the on the inside bare. thats metal on metal...creates heat and ruins you bearings permanentley. just get a lubricant that is suited for those pupurses.
