| when i started i used my front foot and it would just slide off. Try using your back foot if your not. It will feel akward at first, but you'll get used to it. |

Just say the "grind" video. I've never seen anyone pull off a footy grind before. *Props* |

| im using my front foot try and just stay on top of it and run at it hard if you want to keep speed. hailey uses her back foot and swings her front one to keep her balance, i have a nice vid of one of her long footy grinds at vertigo i'll upload it as soon as i can convert it |

| Seths right too, if you use your front foot lean towards it to stay on it. |

yup.
then again it depends on how you grind. hailey is a lefty and grind righty in front so her stronger foot is in the back which is why im guessing she uses her back foot when she footy grinds. I'm a righty and i grind righty which is why i use my right when i footy grind. |

the 180 reverse footy is the easiest... just try a reverse cheese grater but dont put your back foot on the rail
when you try a normal footy grind.... try to stand on the rail and keep the balance on one foot... remeber this feeling and the positon of your feets when you do the grind... this is how i do it |
